The official Coventry Police Report will be accessible in approximately three (3) to five (5) business days from the time of the accident

Please note that there is a $2.00 service fee to utilize this site.
The Coventry Police Report can also be obtained at the Coventry Police Records Office.
The office is open
Monday 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Tuesday - Friday 10:am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 4:00pm
The records department is closed weekends and holidays.
If you cannot come to the police department during the above business hours, call the
Records Office at 401-822-9191 and ask that a copy of the report be left for you to pick up
at a more convenient time. The cost is $.15 per page.
The State of RI requires you to fill out a RI State Accident Form within 21 days of the accident.
The investigating officer’s report will indicate whether a state accident form is required. This state
form can be obtained at any local police department or via the RI Department of Motor Vehicles
