CodeRed Covid-19 Notification 4/10/2020

This is the Coventry Emergency Management Agency with an Important Announcement due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Remember to keep a written log of who you are in contact with each day, in the event you are exposed to the coronavirus.  This may be required in the future for testing.

Help stop COVID-19 fraud by reporting suspicious activity, fraud, and attempted fraud to the Coventry Police Department at 401-826-1100 or the FBI through www.ic3.gov .

Use the following tips to identify fraud:  do not speak to anyone you don’t recognize, even if they claim to be from a legitimate company.  Avoid clicking on links in emails from senders you don’t know.  Never give login credentials, credit card, or financial data in response to an email or phone call and visit websites by manually entering the web address – not clicking on it.

The Grab and Go Meal Program is available M – F from 11 to 1 at Rice Field to anyone 18 and under.  No proof of residency is required, but child must be in vehicle.

Residents can call (401) 822-9175 if they need assistance or to report a senior in need of food. We will attempt to meet all urgent needs. If it is after normal business hours, please call 211.

Adults seeking mental or behavioral health support should call BH Link at 414-LINK. For services for children, call Kids Link 855-543-5465.

Thank you for our patience during this difficult time.  Please stay healthy and safe and look out for each other
